Becky Hawes

Technical Support Manager

Becky has just celebrated 9 years with Nemco Utilities. She has worked in a number of different key areas of the business, but settled into the Technical Support Manager role in 2007. This involves all aspects of IT, both within the office environment and the mobile workflow system. Nemco have just introduced a new system which encompasses everything from customer leads, through quoting and completing the job on tablets straight to invoicing and linking with the accounts package. This was a major leap both for the company and for Becky personally who had to use all the knowledge she had gained over the years to ensure the smooth introduction and transition of the new system company-wide.

Becky says the most enjoyable aspect of her job is the problem-solving skills required in the day-to-day managing of the IT systems.

In her spare time, Becky enjoys tackling any sort of DIY in her home, from painting to plumbing, together with various crafting activities. She is also an avid Formula 1 fan, and her dreams were realised last year when she was able to go to the German Grand Prix in Hockenheim.
